    Hi,

I am interested in your opinions and recommendations. I am looking for a good M&A deal flow or pieline management software that is similar to a classical CRM but still catered to M&A needs. What do you use and what are some impressions? Thanks!

Smartsheet has been of great use for me, it has tons of features that I dont think most people are aware of, check it out.

I have been using the list tool in Microsoft Teams, with customized fields, however I am going to transition to Salesforce soon and am really looking forward to using that tool. Our operating business groups use Salesforce and have demonstrated that it’s easily customizable and functional for any type of pipeline and CRM needs. This is handy for my organization since it’s alraedy being used but might not be practical if your business isn’t currently using Salesforce.

Personally I really like Salesforce. While its not M&A specific, it is highly customizable that has worked well for our M&A pipeline. We use the deal tacking dashboards and reporting regularly and I like that is integrates well with our system. The downside is the time it takes to become efficient and training to use but once all of those factors are in place I really do find it to be an easy to use and superior product.

Has anyone used BizCrunch in the UK? They have quite an interesting offering which manages pipeline, they can even generate letters as far as I’m aware

I use Microsoft Teams to help manage the internal side of deal work. The ability to restrict access to files and folders is very helpful for managing confidential documents and teams. I have heard great things about DealRoom (dealroom.net) and Affinity for pipeline management.
