Hi, in the first module we learned about sales, financial and HR integration. Would be very interested in your experience/ thoughts for a production integration.
What are topics/ process to watch carefully when you integrate a production side (e.g. production planning, warehousing)?
What do you have to consider before the deal is done, in due diligence?
