There are following ways of acquisitions:
1. Complete Acquisitions is at 100%
2. ~90% stake is considered as squeezing out
3. 50%+ is taken as majority stake/controlling stake.
4. 25% is considered as blocking stake.
5. Below 25% stake is just the process of stake building and treated as minority stakes.
