Valuation of the start-ups

    I consider the BSM method as basis of the start-up valuation. Do you have any experience in this method? Could you indicate the crucial advantages and disadvantages this method?

    DCF may be a good method for valuing start-up when they mostly do not have profit.

    But in my experience we value start up based on the metric that common in digital co such as subcribers, MAU ( Montly Active User), Sales, and path to profitability is there or DCF that must be monitored will be happened.

    Use P/S rather than earnings as these start-ups are usually in net loss position
