Temporary leadership structure set up

    Dear Colleagues, please advise if you had an experience with setting up interim / transitional leadership “to be” structure involving the acquired company leadership? Any hints on avoiding issues in the future (with transition of temporary titles into ones in final org structure, timeline of transition which is optimal for such situations, minimizing impact to workforce and clients, etc?) Thank you!
