Wonder if you can share your experiences about due diligence of internet/ technology companies (such as ecommerce, online gaming, online travel etc) whereby you deployed IT due diligence
(a) Did you have problems finding credible third party advisors to conduct the DD and was the pricing reasonable?
(b) Did you have problems with false user data, false user reviews, false user traffic data? How did you detect it and did you haircut your valuation?
