There is a delima with a push from executives to speed integration and claim synergies driven by personal executives compensation vs gradual and more of a long term plan to ensure value creation for shareholders. The integration team could see itself in a tough spot. How to ensure that such a short term view does not come at the expense of shareholders and stakeholders.

Great question. Could you align everyone on what is most important to the customers that are impacted? If executives and shareholders can agree that customer retention and projected revenue from those customers is a priority maybe there is less conflict.
