    The amount of the investment required to bring the production line(s) up to the level of speed required by the business.

    When a purchase is highly dependent on penetration of emerging markets with brand and trademarks and the DD process revealed that protection of trademarks cannot be enforceable in these emerging markets. There is a high chance of copyrights infringement if the brand and products can be copied with relative ease. In such a case, the ability to generated the top line return can have a significant impact.
