Companies spend a lot of time working on the PMI strategies, however, little attention is paid on the actual implementation of those strategies. Management is responsible for creating the value for its shareholder which is quite obvious at the time of the acquisition, but somehow it is lost or not communicated properly at the time of PMI. What are your thoughts on this?
