    What are your thoughts on key actions to be taken to make cultural integration easier and to bring people together? Which best practice examples have you seen?

    Most important aspects to take to make sure cultural integration are easier are

    1. Understand your own culture
    2. What are the culture and traits of the acquired company and how close / aligned are they to your own cultural traits
    3. Involved leadership ( be the change) in the cultural aspects of change
    4. Recalibrate cultural alignment goals and success factors annually
