There have been various articles/reports on an increasing trend in favour of sustainability businesses. This definitely has an impact on M&A in terms of regulatory requirements, valuation, etc..
Just wanted to hear from the members as to whether this is indeed a ‘hot’ market for acquiring companies, and what they think are the main risks that are envisaged to be faced in engaging in such a deal?
