Can you share innovative approaches or unconventional methods that have yielded success in your due diligence efforts?
For sure the AI will be a new approach to perform the future DD. It can be useful, for example, to do a double check about the commercial DD and the market projections that are provided by the consultants you hired. It is another way of challenging the information received and to valuate different approaches to it.
