    How your HR team organise itself during an acquisition process and in particular during due diligence and integration? Do you have professionals who dedicate their time only to the deal, like the M&A/Integration team, or do they need to run also business as usual during these months? What will be the pro or the cons of having also a HR team dedicated only to this?
