Organizations conduct surveys to gauge an understanding of employee sentiments on several aspects including cultural assessment! How difficult and time consuming is it to realistically change an organizations culture? Are there any proven methods and cases where large established organizations with employees serving for 15+ years has effectively been able to bring in cultural transformation? How have the results been measured of such a change?
