In my opinion, the key success factor for financial DD is to have the right team. I consider financial DD the cornerstone of a DD. The term “financial DD” may be misleading as financial DD results in financial as well as non-financial insights. Therefore, the team members must non only have excellent financial skills, but also need a strong business sense with an open mind for non-financial issues. What are key success factors for financial DDs in your opinion?
