From my experience, when engaging external advisors for a transaction, we hire technical, financial and legal advisors. We never hired commercial advisors as we rely on internal organization within our company with the financial advisor playing the role as financial/commercial advisor. Have you hired an external commercial advisor for a transaction and if so who are the top global commercial advisors (not financial advisors)?
