In the discussion on tools and templates, the presenter suggested that Microsoft Excel and Project are no longer used. Instead software applications for M&A program management are becoming more widely used. There were several listed: EKNOW, IBM M&A Accelerator, MergerWare, Midaxo, Devensoft, SmartSheet, etc…
Does anyone have any strong recommendations from experience? Or a testimonial for an app for a specific use-case?
