We know that not all approaches for cultural integration work in each situation, whether is pluralism, takeover, or mixture. I’m curious if anyone in the community has specific evaluation points or markers they use in cultural integration that would lead them to shift from one approach to another if the current approach to cultural integration was deemed to be failing or at risk of failing.
