    Hi, I have used sporting analogies with clients to describe PMI in the past…one is using the involves the rower Ben Hunt-Davis, who led a rowing team from a relatively low world ranking to a gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics by asking one simple question over and over again in light of every key decision: Will this make the boat go faster?
