Hi,
I have been advising high net worth individuals on a range of M&A activities. When filters and organisational processes are in place, the DD process becomes a lot easier & transparent. I have found that the principals tend to interfere in the process or have already an acquisition in mind even prior to any DD. I was curious if anyone had experienced the same thing?
