Data Room Integration

Hi Everyone, I have a tactical question. We typically use a data room provided by the target for due diligence. But we haven’t mastered the art of providing these details to our integration teams in a consumable way. Does anyone have a recommendation on whether you add folks to the data room or if you download all materials and share another way? Thank you.
