    I really appreciated this topic especially this slide which re-enforced communication as a means of transportation for the factors of:

    1. Motivation and active engagement: Recognition of a “new” context; Involvement in designing the new organization; Role
    model function of hierarchy

    2. Orientation” Clear and not contradicting goals, which are also being internalized on the MA level;
    Predictability of approach; Creation of certainty in action

    3. Congruency: Matching „hard“ and „soft“ facts; values and rules of behavior as important as IT
