    While Resistance is a keep part of the change management process – what are the best methods to convert the resistance engagement to productive company building energy?

    In opinion resistance to change comes from not being able to provide people a clear picture of what is in for them in the process. Resistance is a reaction to something were are trying to implement that gets no traction. To my communication and transparency are best tools to overcome it.
