I am curious to hear from those experienced with integrations and separations and what the different challenges are with running a Separation Project Management Office (SPMO) vs. an Integration Project Management Office (IPMO). Are there certain workstreams and business units that are typically heavier lifting and/or more critical in a separation than in an integration during the process?
