CEO with big personality

    Anyone have issues with the CEO of a company that has a huge personality, ego, and expectations that far surpasses what they are contributing to the bottom line. They can put a number of hurdles in the path of a successful integration through demands that seem incongruous with the size and contribution of their company but understand from their perespective it is their baby. How do you handle this? I have typically done everything I can to cater to them to ensure that the integration/deal goes smoothly but it sucks the life out of me.
