What processes and/or best practices has your organization implemented to manage impact to BAU?

We’ve found that standing up a group that is solely focused on the integration so that the business can run BAU is helpful. Having said that, we’ve also found that BAU is almost impossible while integrating two companies together – there will always be impacts to the business.
