Just read a book about Agile M&A by Kison Patel. Interesting idea on applying agile mindset and techniques in doing M&A especially Due Diligence and PMI. Wondering if anyone here have any experience in executing their DD and/or PMI using Agile methodology / approach?

The concept of applying an agile mindset to M&A, specifically in Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration (PMI), mulesoft course seems innovative.
