Consider a major acquiring company takes over a smaller-local, financially healthy target company located in a new region, where the acquiring company is not yet represented.
Would you consider a soft-integration by keeping the local management team (at the target company), keeping their operation activities as previously done, and only identifying specific areas where processes and resources would need actions by the acquiring company?
