A contract between an individual who is a member of the New York Stock Exchange and the company he works for. Through an approval of the NYSE, the contract allows the member to:

a) Transfer his seat to another employee of the firm he is working for.

b) Purchase another seat on behalf of another employee of the company, while remaining the owner of the first one.

c) Sell the seat and transfer the gains to the company.
