What is (according to your experience) the best way to implement a cultural integration workstream to your PMI project? (as a horizontal function, within HR, …)
Who should lead that workstream if you do not have a dedicated change manager?

Having ambassadors and volunteers from across the organisation helps trickle down the messages faster.

This responsibility lies with each workstream leader for each function led by integration leader but it’s lengthy process and evolve with time.

I think cultural integration is a multi-tiered / multi-channel effort that should be thoughtfully considered based on the specific cultural issues, enablers, or barriers that were identified through due diligence. Then the workstream/activities should be carefully planned and executed as a part of the broader integration plan. There may be other cultural factors that are identified in the PMI environment that can be considered for incorporation to the overall plan (i.e. plan, execute, assess, adjust).
