What is (according to your experience) the best way to implement a cultural integration workstream to your PMI project? (as a horizontal function, within HR, …)
Who should lead that workstream if you do not have a dedicated change manager?Having ambassadors and volunteers from across the organisation helps trickle down the messages faster.
