Giulia Vignola is an international lawyer and attorney, qualified to practice both in France and Italy. Giulia works as a legal advisor in international contracts and negotiations for M&As, corporate and commercial contracts and agreements. As an expert in international law and international relations,
and through a large network built in several years of work experience in numerous countries (France, UK, Hungary, USA, China, Japan, Russia), she has assisted clients in their management of multi-disciplinary efforts to advance large-scale internalization projects including joint ventures. She also acts as a trial attorney for specific legal disputes in front of first- and seconddegree courts of law and courts of arbitration
