Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer is a Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek with extensive experience with regards to all legal aspects of an M&A transaction. He has been admitted as a lawyer since 2004 in Germany and 2009 in California, USA. Hermann has advised corporate investors and private equity funds on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions (buy-side and sell-side) accross a broad range of industries, including but not limited to automotive, IT, health-care and mechanical engineering.
