HRM&A Certificate (Online)

Description

The Legal Mergers and Acquisitions Expert Certificate program is the most advanced and international M&A Certification in Law developed by our faculty with legal experts by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).

This legal M&A online training spans as a foundation strategy for Mergers & Acquisitions, the transaction process from both a buy-side and sell-side, various areas of due diligence (including of course legal due diligence, as well as a deep dive in legal challenges in M&A in two modules.

All participants are awarded upon completion the designation and HRM&A charter. They can also network with other participants online as part of the HRM&A online cohort group.
