How do you report on the status of workstream charters once created? Would you include these in monthly updates
Workstream Charters is a mirror of processing level full spectrum integration related what are needed, who participate, what to be achieved, and what is included and excluded.
When something presents at this detailed level, frequent reviews are beneficial. Therefore, at least on weekly basis, partially review is necessary to keep the PMI project on the right track given the fact that PMI environment is often dynamic in one way or another.
