Hi Roberto. I think integrating tech companies can come with a variety of challenges. One of the ones I’ve faced most recently is the integration of the actual tech stack (daily use tools) between acquirer and acquired companies. My company is comfortable with the technology we use to provide services to our customers and the acquiring company felt the same way about completely different tools. There was a lot of back and forth and ultimately, the acquired team agreed to migrate to all but one of the tools. They continue to use Monday.com for all of their project management/customer communication/support requests while the rest of the company uses a combination of Changepoint/Creatio/ConnectWise/IT Glue. Whether they’ll get to continue to use Monday for a long period of time is yet to be determined but for now that entire practice is using a unique tool.
