Hi! I just wanted to hear your experience with preparing for separations, or perhaps to understand whether this is not being managed at all in your company. Do you (or someone in your company) prepare any separation complexity analysis to understand what it takes to carve-out the business unit? Do you prepare a Separation Blueprint for the potential Buyer to see how you are planning to make the business work as a standalone unit (that is from you), including the TSA that you will be prepared to offer, and also including a overview of how standalone costs will look like?
