How to determine reasonableness of due diligence for different deal size? We would expect conduct a more thorough due diligence for deals that involve controlling stake (as compared to minority) and where transaction price is higher. For those smaller deals, is there a structured approach to determine a reasonable depth/thoroughness of due diligence?
