What post-close “integration focused” communications (after signing/closing communications to stakeholders) do you consider to be critical to integration success that should be orchestrated by IMO? At my company, IMO is involved in communications related primarily to execution of playbooks. Employee communications transition to the business units in which the new employees were transferred to and are determined by management from those groups. Curious to learn if there’s a “best practice” my company is missing out on.
