Because of a lack of internal ressources a couple of months ago, we have decided to outsource the integration lead role (of an acquisition we had made) to an external consultant. We have been dissappointed by the result and decided to free-up an internal resource to lead the integration planning activities. We are now back on track. I wanted to know if you have also tried to externalize the integration lead role and to understand how successful you have been. Thanks
