    Has your organization ever acquired a multicountry company with its own M&A history, where some recently acquired entities are still in the process of integration? How do you approach HR and change management in this “integration within an integration” scenario, especially when balancing the needs of newly acquired teams with those that are already being integrated, while ensuring alignment across diverse regions?
