    As part of the deal execution / PMI process (assuming on the buyside), it would be important to design a robust management incentive plan to retain the key executives and talents for the target to continue operating optimally. Would anyone have a good guide / checklist on the best practices for structuring such incentive plans?

      In order to become a charterholder you need to complete one of the IMAA programs
