    Looking for ideas or “Best Practices” to ensure Project Stakeholders are maintaining momentum when involved in Integration Planning and/or Execution while supporting day-to-day operations of the company.

    – Clear project tracking, clarity on deliverables, the purpose of ‘why’ the work is being done and a clear end result communicated
    – Leadership engagement with drivers for success clearly articulated
    – Team spirit – we’re all in it together, collaborating and supporting one another. Everyone can ask questions and everyone’s contribution is important
    – Target messages
    – Co-create
    – Involve everyone in decision making

    Highlight success and progress using dashboards
