I’ve been giving serious thought to pursuing integration as a full-time career. I’ve led multiple corporate integrations and was interim Head of the IMO for my former employer, a Fortune 500 firm. I enjoy the complexity of the challenge and opportunities to work across the enterprise, in all aspects of the business.
Interested to hear your thoughts and insights on how to make this a full-time career, and what may be best career track (as consultant/outsourced partner, internally at a highly acquisitive company, or other route).
If you know of any firms that may be seeking someone relentless enough to drive integrations full time, please share as well.
