    We’ve all heard of the infamous ‘5 Stages of Grief’ – but did you know that this model also influenced Kubler-Ross’ ‘Change Management Curve’?

    The 7x stages (outlined below) highlight stakeholder perceptions/reactions during periods of large-scale organizational change:
    1. Shock
    2. Denial
    3. Frustration
    4. Depression
    5. Experimentation
    6. Decision
    7. Integration

    Has your company ever used this curve (or a different model) during your integration efforts?
