At my company, we manage all due diligence processes internally and have a standard model, tools and team structure. We train/guide our internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and bring on new SMEs/leaders when there is turnover. Overall this has been successful. What internal DD models/structures/roles do you use in your company? Any tips or tricks to share that drive excellent DD outcomes consistently?
