The best integration progress reporting template that I suggest will be MS Project. It has all tools and format which you can download and share with other from contribution prespective

We are currently working with a MS Dynamics platform for our ELT reporting. Prior to moving to this platform, we used PP slides to report progress and overall health of the project.

I noticed that many are using IBM M&A Accelerator as well as DealRoom.

I would recommend that you give a try to an online solution such as Midaxo

I am using Microsoft lists for day 1, 100 readiness, and Excel sheets for graphics.

I am using Asana for the task tracking and PPT for the reporting to the management

We’ve adopted smartsheet. All the key cross functional activities are tracked in this tool and the high-level progress across each function is rolled up into a dashboard that shows progress across acquisitions…this is shared with Sr. Leadership on a quarterly basis.

We have tried different things: using the same tool that was used during the due dilligence (eg Datasite), using SmartSheet, using Teams app or the good old “Excel” file.

    Hello.
I’ve been using excel to follow up on the integration blueprint activities and to track the project status from a completion perspective (overall integration completion and detailed to each functional area).
SteerCo reporting is made on a monthly basis just using the excel created dashboard and executive summary key notes.
