During our latest integration process, the internal communication workstream implemented a quarterly survey to gather feedback from employees. The goal was to understand the most pressing concerns, key questions, and maintain an open channel for employee input.

While the survey was a valuable tool for tracking sentiment and identifying challenges, I’m curious to learn from others:

How often do you conduct feedback surveys during integrations?
What formats have worked best for you (e.g., anonymous, open-ended, focused questions)?
How do you ensure the results are actionable, and how do you use them to drive meaningful change or engagement?

I’d love to hear about your experiences—what has worked, what hasn’t, and any tips on maximizing the impact of these surveys.
