    What are the best practices to align cultural decision-making under the time pressures of an M&A transaction? For example, some cultures are more consensus driven that require broad stakeholder input, while other cultures are more individualistic, “senior stakeholder makes the decision”-type environment. How can you reconcile those through the course of a specific M&A deal?
