Getting all details from merge partners

    I have been hands on with roughly 4 M&A projects over the last 8 years and each one we get a bit better at doing, but one area that we always seem to struggle with is getting all the skeletons out in the open from the other partner. We conduct interviews and have a large due diligence process that we go through but something always slips through the cracks. Has anyone been able to find any tricks to get everything out on the table?
