Hello, as someone who does not have a background in Finances/Accounting, what advice can you provide me to ensure that the Financial Change Management goes as smoothly as possible? I have experienced some pushback on buy-in as I am not a Financial subject matter expert. It seems that they do not see someone from outside the financial world as capable of assisting. Are these isolated incidences?
